We bill monthly for the prior month’s service. Our invoices get emailed out and can be paid online with a credit/debit card or bank draft. We accept checks by mail, also. We ask that invoices get paid within 7 days since we are billing for services already provided.
If your pool is not winterized, yes. Even though you aren’t using your pool it needs to be cleaned and checked in order to maintained proper water level, chemical balances, and overall functionality.
Yes! Texas summers are hot therefore your pool will lose water. You must maintain proper water levels in between my visits. It will ensure your equipment does not get damaged. Brushing the pool once a day is a good habit too!
